Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-26.draft-8 · Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms cover Wrenhouse: the hub, its agents and the website at app.wrenhouse.io. When your business signs an agreement with us, these are the terms in it, and the order form you sign lists your plan, price and term. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.

1. What this agreement covers

This agreement is between Tyra Carrasquillo LLC d/b/a Wrenhouse ("Wrenhouse", "we", "us") and the business named on the order form ("you"). It is made of the order form and these terms. If they ever disagree, the order form wins for that agreement. The same terms also apply when your business uses Wrenhouse without a signed order form, for example during a trial.

You confirm that the person who signs or signs up is allowed to do so for your business. Wrenhouse is for businesses and organizations, and for people 18 and older acting for them, not for personal or household use.

2. What you get

Wrenhouse gives your business a hosted hub: the tabs, agents and automations designed for your team during onboarding, the hub brain that keeps them up to date, and the support described below. Your order form lists your plan, the people included and any add-ons. People from Wrenhouse who help you are never counted as people on your plan.

We may improve the hub at any time. Improvements to the shared core reach every hub. We won't remove a feature you pay for during your term without giving you something at least as good. We work to keep the hub available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, which we announce ahead whenever we can.

Add-ons, more people or a different plan are added with a short signed add-on agreement. We tell your super admin when an add-on will be ready, then your admins decide who on your team gets it.

3. Trials and previews

A trial or demo hub is free, lasts for the time we tell you, and may hold sample data. It comes as is, without the promises in this agreement about support or availability. When a trial ends without a signed agreement, we may delete the trial hub after telling you.

Some features may be marked as a preview. Previews may change or stop, may not always work, and are offered as is. Tell us if one causes trouble and we'll help, but our promises about fixes don't cover previews.

4. Your team and logins

Your first super admin is named on the order form or redeems your invite. Your super admin decides who joins your hub, what each person can see, change and download, and who can approve agents' work. Keep logins private, use your own login only, and tell us at once at support@wrenhouse.io if you think a login has been misused. Wrenhouse will never ask for your password.

You're responsible for what happens under your team's logins and for your team following this agreement.

5. How agents work for you

Agents in your hub read the information your team gives them, draft and propose work, and keep learning how your business runs. They don't send, post, book, charge or change your other systems without approval from someone on your team, unless your super admin turns on automatic mode. Your super admin can turn on automatic mode for routine work when they approve your hub, or later for one job at a time. Automatic mode can be switched off at any time in your hub's settings or by asking Wren, and your hub keeps a record of what agents did.

Some work always waits for a person, even in automatic mode: anything about money, prices, contracts or legal matters, and the first message to someone your team hasn't written to before. In your hub's first week, work done in automatic mode waits a few minutes before it goes, so your team can stop it.

When your super admin turns on automatic mode, you accept responsibility for the work agents then do on their own, the same as if a person on your team had approved it.

6. Tools you connect

You can connect tools such as email, calendars, a CRM, a help desk, accounting or industry software, so agents can read and work with them. By connecting a tool, you allow your hub to use it within the permissions you grant, only to do your hub's work. You confirm you have the right to connect it.

Connected tools stay under their own terms, and we aren't responsible for how those services work, change or go down. You can disconnect a tool at any time. Then your hub stops using it, and we delete the access we stored for it.

7. AI

Agents use AI models from trusted providers, today Anthropic's Claude, to read, sort and draft. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check important work before you rely on it, especially anything about money, health, safety, legal matters or people's jobs. Wrenhouse doesn't give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

We don't use your data to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, and our AI providers may not use it to train theirs. Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. We tell your super admin when your team reaches 80% of it. If your team uses all of it, the service keeps working and routine work runs on a lighter AI model until the next month starts; building and reviewing your hub's design is not affected. You can add more through an add-on or a bigger plan, and nothing extra is charged unless you agree to it.

8. Fair use

Please don't use the hub to break the law; to send spam or messages people didn't agree to receive; to harm, harass, mislead or discriminate against people; to store information you aren't allowed to have; to get into systems or accounts you aren't allowed into; to make decisions about people that the law says need a person; or to copy, resell, test for weaknesses, or take apart the hub, or build a competing product from it.

If something in a hub puts people, other customers or the service at risk, we may pause the part that's causing it right away. We'll tell you why and turn it back on as soon as it's safe.

9. Your data

Your data is yours: everything your team puts in the hub, what your connected tools share with it, and what your agents make for you. You allow us to host, process and copy it only to run, support and improve your hub for you, and as this agreement says. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Your data is never shared with another customer. Every hub is kept separate: no other customer, and none of their people or agents, can see or use your data, and what your hub learns stays in your hub.

You can export your data at any time while the agreement lasts and for 30 days after it ends. Then we delete it, and our backups age out within a further 30 days. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

10. Privacy and people's information

Our privacy policy at wrenhouse.io/legal/privacy explains what we collect and how we handle it, and it is part of this agreement.

When your hub holds information about your team, your customers or other people, you decide why and how it is used, and we handle it only on your instructions under this agreement. You're responsible for having the right to use that information and for any notices or consents the law requires, for example before connecting a shared inbox. We'll sign a reasonable data processing agreement if you need one, and we'll help you answer people who ask to see or delete their information.

11. Security and incidents

We protect your data with reasonable security: encrypted connections, passwords stored only in scrambled form, each hub kept separate, and access for our team only when it is needed to help you.

If your data is ever exposed, we'll tell your super admin without undue delay, and within 72 hours of confirming it when we can, with what we know, what we're doing about it and what you may need to do. We'll keep you updated and work with you to put it right.

12. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run Wrenhouse, such as hosting, email delivery, payments and the AI models behind your agents. Each one gets only what it needs to do its part, under confidentiality and security terms at least as strong as these. Our privacy policy lists them. Before a new provider handles your hub's content, we update that list and tell your super admin.

13. When our team opens your hub

Our team opens your hub only to help you: to answer a support request, onboard or set up your hub, turn on something you bought, or check on your account in customer success. Every visit is tied to a reason, such as a support ticket, and recorded with who opened the hub, when and why. Your super admin can ask us for that record at any time.

We only see or control your screen during live help when someone on your team allows it, and they can stop it at any moment. We keep a written transcript of a live help call only when that person agrees first; it is saved on the support ticket so we can follow up accurately, and either side can stop it at any time. We never record the audio.

14. Fees, invoices and taxes

You pay the setup fee before we build your hub, and the monthly fee from the date your hub goes live. Add-ons are paid as their add-on agreement says. Invoices are due within the payment terms on the order form. You can pay by bank transfer or card through the link on each invoice, or from Billing in your hub.

Fees don't include taxes; you pay any sales tax that applies, and we pay taxes on our own income. If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us before it is due and we'll sort it out together; you pay the part that isn't in question. If an invoice is more than 30 days late, we may pause your hub after telling you in writing at least 7 days ahead. A paused hub keeps all of your data, and it comes back as soon as the balance is paid.

15. Your term, renewal and ending

The agreement starts on the start date in the order form and runs for the term shown. If renewal is on, it renews for the same length unless either of us says otherwise in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. We'll remind you at least 60 days before, with any change to price or terms.

Either of us can end the agreement if the other seriously breaks it and doesn't fix it within 30 days of written notice, or if the other stops doing business or becomes insolvent. Fees already paid for a term aren't refunded unless you ended it because of our breach, in which case we refund the unused part. When it ends, your hub stops, and you can export your data as the Your data section says.

16. Support and extra work

Your first month after go-live includes hands-on support. After that, Get help in your hub and email support are included, and we fix problems we're responsible for.

Wren, our AI support assistant, answers support requests first, at any hour, and says it is an AI. A person from our team steps in whenever you ask for one, and always answers anything urgent or about billing, your data or security.

New builds or changes beyond fixes are quoted in writing, with what we'll do, by when and for how much, before any work starts. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.

17. Keeping things confidential

Each of us keeps the other's non-public business information confidential, uses it only for this agreement, and shares it only with people who need it and are bound to keep it private. This doesn't cover information that is already public, that the other side already had or built on its own, or that the law requires us to share, in which case we tell the other side first if we're allowed to. It lasts during the agreement and for three years after, and for as long as the information stays a trade secret. When the agreement ends, each of us returns or deletes the other's confidential information on request, apart from copies the law requires us to keep.

18. Who owns what

You own your data and everything your team and your agents create for you in the hub. We own the Wrenhouse software, the shared core, our designs, methods and know-how, including improvements to them. While the agreement lasts, your team may use the hub for your business. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without using your data. We won't name you as a customer in public without your OK.

19. Promises and limits

We'll provide the hub with care and skill and fix problems we're responsible for. Apart from what this agreement says, the hub is provided as is, and we make no other promises, including implied promises that it is fit for a particular purpose or merchantable, or that it will never have an error or an interruption.

If someone claims the Wrenhouse software, as we provide it, infringes their intellectual property, we'll defend you and pay what a court or our settlement requires. If someone makes a claim because of your data, the tools you connect, or how your team used the hub against this agreement, you'll do the same for us. The side asking for help tells the other quickly and lets them run the defense.

Neither of us is liable for indirect, special or lost-profit damages. Each side's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. For a breach of the data, privacy, security or confidentiality sections, or the defense promises just above, the limit is three times that amount. None of these limits apply to unpaid fees, fraud, or harm done on purpose.

20. Changes to these terms

A signed agreement keeps the exact terms it was signed with until its term ends. Changes during a term must be in writing and signed by both of us. When you renew, the current terms apply, and we'll tell you what changed in the renewal reminder.

For use without a signed agreement, such as a trial, we'll tell your super admin about any change that matters at least 30 days before it takes effect. Each version of these terms has a date and a version number, and we keep a record of what changed.

21. Signing electronically and notices

We both agree to sign and keep this agreement electronically. An electronic signature here counts the same as a handwritten one. Each side receives a copy of the signed agreement with its signing record, and either side can ask for a paper copy at any time.

Written notice under this agreement can be sent by email: to the signer's or billing email on the order form for you, and to support@wrenhouse.io for us. Either side can change its address by telling the other.

22. The rest

This agreement is the whole agreement and replaces anything said before. Neither side can transfer it without the other's consent, except as part of selling its business. Neither side is responsible for delays caused by things outside its reasonable control, such as outages at major providers, natural disasters or government action. If a part of this agreement can't be enforced, the rest still applies. The sections on fees owed, your data, privacy, confidentiality, ownership, promises and limits, and these final terms continue after the agreement ends.

Each of us follows the export control and sanctions laws that apply to us. We are independent businesses, and nobody else has rights under this agreement.

The laws of Georgia apply, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Georgia, but first we'll both try in good faith to settle it by talking for 30 days.
